located at 39-G, Jln. Anggerik Vanilla T 31/T, Kota Kemuning, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor was founded on 11 Feb 2002. We were operating as a partnership company under Klasse Air Conditioning Sales & Services prior to our registration with the Registrar of Companies since 01 Aug 2000.

We started off and remained till today a service-based business, remaining committed to our past and present day customers. Coming from a service-oriented background has its advantages, we gained precious insights that had provided us with an excellent working platform and translated into successful designs in our projects.

Today Aire Master has earned distinction in several areas of expertise and provides Total Solutions for our customers from design inception to construction and commissioning inclusive of maintenance services for highly technology and advance HVAC systems. As a team of engineers Aire Master is also into producing our own range of air and water-cooled industrial chillers, which have been very successful with our customers for the past 2 years. We have full confidence that this product will spearhead us into the local and foreign markets, and our innovative heat recovery initiative has secured the Ministry of Finance pre-seed funding for our prototype waste heat recovery project which uses rejected heat for heating purposes such as producing hot water.

Our core team members comprise members from various discipline and uses programmable controllers with our own proprietary software to ensure maximum efficiency and performance, cost effective and safe performance of the entire systems.

Your partner in business

Mr. Chin Yen Wei is a graduate with B,Eng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from University Technology Malaysia and leads our project department. Mr. Chin was formerly attached with OYL group of companies, a joint venture with York International, an OEM in producing air conditioners. He was appointed as Head of Division for Testing and Design under the Research and Development Department.

Involved primarily in testing and design of performance analysis for industrial and commercial air conditioners, air cool and water-cool chillers. He has to his credit successfully designed a few top selling models for his company. Mr. Chin was also involved in clean room design and project co-ordination in his previous career. With his experiences he has successfully undertaken various design and implementation of Aire Master's projects.

He has successfully completed and commissioned clean room for a pharmaceutical company in Shah Alam, designed a clean room for a manufacturing firm in Singapore that was outsourced to Aire Master Engineering, built a negative pressure clean room lab in UPM, Serdang, designed and built the air conditioning system for a 1000 seating capacity church in Sg Boluh.

In the area of precision air conditioning, Mr. Chin has designed and built a complete test lab facility for an international air conditioner manufacturing company. He was also involved in the test lab during the certification works for Putrajaya, Shell CSPC Nanhai Petrochemical China and lately Goldman Sachs Japan.

The current range of industrial chillers is also of his design and built. Using the latest technology available today his design tools and machining technology such as laser cutting machines, we believe Air Master today has the finest range of industrial chillers products. Our prototype heat recovery effort is undergoing testing in a Japanese company.

Mr. Wesley Ng is a graduate from University Malaya and acts as our consultant engineer. Currently he is attached to an international company as its technical director for close controlled air conditioning.

He has previously worked for York and Trane Air Conditioning Company prior to his current appointment. His area of expertise is in air conditioning design and manufacture and is an expert in remote monitoring and supervisory system.

Recently his company is working closely with a major Telco in Malaysia to provide Remote Monitoring capabilities and upgrading works for their existing infrastructure. This includes the upgrading of their current controllers for their precision air conditioners, which is located all around Malaysia .

Mr Ng has often travelled overseas to present technical seminars and training. He is responsible for the design of new models in his company and is no stranger in the HVAC circle.

The Team Players

We have a 12 member strong Service team to support our existing clients and remain on call 24hrs a day for mission critical clients. The service department uses a CMMS database maintenance recording system in keeping track of our customer equipments. One of the greatest benefits is information and historical data, which aids us in making better decisions for our customers, is available. Preventing the breakdown of plant equipment and maintaining items during scheduled downtime will prevent losses in production time.

To handle large projects especially in the installation of HVAC systems, we have been working with various business partners. They are highly skilled and experience veterans who have been going about their trade for the past 20 -30 years in the HVAC industry.
